We are looking for a production engineer/preparer for an assignment in a technology-intensive and safety-conscious industrial environment. You will be an important part of the collaboration between design and production, working closely with several cross-functional interfaces, such as engineers, purchasing, and construction and production personnel. The assignment includes both new construction and modernization projects, where over time you will have the opportunity to contribute in various phases of the projects and work with the entire product lifecycle.

• Develop and update production calculations, construction methodology, and assembly order.
• Work with geometric assurance and documentation related to make/buy assessments.
• Define and specify production aids and fixtures.
• Conduct design analyses from a manufacturability and industrialization perspective.
• Preparation of work orders and manufacturing documentation.
• Plan and contribute to an efficient production implementation related to the facility's equipment and processes.
• Collaborate closely with relevant functions to solve complex technical issues.

• Some years of experience in the same or similar roles.
• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, marine design, or equivalent experience from professional life.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience from the marine industry, process, or manufacturing industry (e.g., steel, machining, or surface treatment).
• Experience with large-scale and complex development projects.
• Experience in technical project management or coordination within process or product development.
• Experience in design and preparation of production documentation.
